SHIPPING FEES
Standard economy shipping, 10 - 15 business days: We also provide Expedited shipping also. Free Freight for clothing/socks/pacifier orders $100 and over, the diaper order shipping freight depends on quantity. Pls email us when u have diaper freight question.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments are shipped by standard economy shipping. Shipping rates and times are calculated at check out.

International shipping charges, import duties and taxes will be charged to the customer. Such charges are based on several factors, including total price, the weight of the package, and its destination. Import duties and taxes will be billed directly to the customer.

Import duties and taxes are determined once a shipment reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Landofgenie, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Landofgenie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Landofgenie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If you have any shipping and handling questions or comments please email them to service@landofgenie.com.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We are required to make a customs declaration, which includes product information such as description and value. This information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clear.

About Returns and Exchanges

At our store, we always make sure that our products are of good quality and are carefully inspected before shipping. If you do receive a defective product, don't worry, we have a very easy return process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

What should you do when you receive a defective product?

If you are not happy with your recent purchase, please do the following:
1.Emailservice@landofgenie.comwithin 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide photos or videos that clearly show the quality defects of the product.
3. Once it is confirmed that the product is defective (this confirmation process usually takes one day), a refund will be arranged to your original payment method.
If you are unable to provide photos or video, or if the photos or video provided do not establish a quality defect in the item, all items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by you. After we have received the returned item and confirmed the defect, shipping charges for returns will be refunded.

Can I return or cancel my order if it is not a quality issue?

1. Cancellations are accepted before shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
2. If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery shipping costs.
3. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
4. You will receive a refund without having to return the package if: the courier confirms that the package is missing or damaged; we sent the wrong item or sent the wrong size/printed item.

Can I return an item if it is worn, damaged or if the label has been removed?

1. Please only return items that are in the same condition as when you received them- undamaged and unwashed, with tags and packaging still attached.
2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have a non-returnable symbol on them, or for complimentary items.

Refund

1. We will process your refund within 7 business days of confirming it with you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.

Important Reminder:

1. Please do not return the item to the sender's address on the package. This will delay your return process. You can only ship to the address provided by our sales manager.
2. Please make sure that your return package does not contain any non-Landofgenie items, or we will not be responsible for sending them back to you.
